President and CEO
Steven R. Garman
Mr. Garman joined the Board of Directors in June of 2003 and brings the Company over
35 years of business experience in the international corporate environment. He has
a very diversified management background including senior executive positions in
varied industries such as health care services, high tech medical devices, computer
products, OEM manufacturing, and sports and recreation. Mr. Garman has held
multi-million dollar P & L responsibility with the Olympus Corporation and served as
CEO and President of a pre-IPO start-up. He has been named a member of the Board of
Directors of multiple start-up corporations, worked as an international business
consultant and has served as Managing General Partner for a private investment
group.

Allan D. Graves
Mr. Graves graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1983
with a BASc in Electrical Engineering. He has gained extensive technical
experience working as a hardware and software design engineer for several
companies over the last 20 years. His experience has covered a full range
of product development in the areas of industrial process control,
digital audio electronics, 1.8Ghz wireless and cable repeaters for CDMA
cell phone communications, and of course vending and Smart card payment
systems.

Billy G. Parker
Mr. Parker brings 20 years of successful and valuable business experience
to the Board. He is the owner and President of Mobill Contractor Inc. of
Houston, Texas.

William J. Reid
Mr. Reid received his BASc Degree from the University of British
Columbia and currently serves as Project Manager and Software Engineer
at Edoc Systems Group, Ltd.

Robert McLean
Before joining QI Systems, Mr. Robert McLean was Executive Vice President of Business Development and Global Account Management for Teleplan International of the Netherlands, a $300M publicly traded technology company. Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Teleplan, Bob served as the Treasurer of Teleplan's American operations. Preceding this assignment, Mr. McLean held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer with PC Service Source of Dallas, Texas, a large publicly traded independent computer parts distributor.
Earlier in Mr. McLean's career he was Vice President - Planning and Development of Computer City, Inc., a $2B retail subsidiary of Radio Shack, Inc., and was Director of Planning and Analysis for CompuCom Systems, Inc. Prior to entering the technology sector, he was the General Manager of a commercial aviation component repair facility owned by Aviall, Inc. For nearly 11 years, Mr. McLean held various financial and operational positions with Aviall and its predecessor company, Ryder Inc.'s Aviation Services Division. Mr. McLean started his career as an auditor with the Miami office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science - Accounting degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA and a Masters of Business Administration - Finance degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
